The Old Village is situated on a small hill in Vilamoura, a privately owned estate about 25 minutes by car from Faro airport. The centre of Vilamoura is an attractive blend of shops and restaurants set around a large marina with the Falesia beach only a short walk away. Accommodation ranges from studios to 3 bedroom apartments. We can therefore cater for any requirements.

Nearby is the old Portugese fishing town of Quarteira with daily fish, fruit and vegetable markets and craft market. Vilamoura is ideally placed for guests to explore the whole of the famous Algarve region.

The village is totally pedestrianised and set in beautifully maintained gardens. It is totally safe for children although they should be supervised in either of the two main swimming pools.

For the sporting minded Vilamours contains 2 eighteen hole golf courses, 20 tennis courts, a bowling green and rifle shooting. Nearby there is horse riding, water parks, go carting, water skiing, sea cruises, deep sea fishing etc.
